In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the MatrixFinserve website, filling any enquiry form, sharing your contact details, or submitting an application through any channel (online, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person), you:

• Confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety
• Consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal and financial data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria to avail of financial services in India

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

MatrixFinserve is a registered Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and financial services intermediary. Our role is strictly that of a facilitator:

• We source and refer loan applications to registered banks and NBFCs
• We assist customers in selecting appropriate loan products based on their financial profile
• We guide customers through the documentation and application process
• We do not lend money directly; all credit decisions are made exclusively by the lender
• We do not guarantee approval of any application
• Interest rates, loan amounts, and tenures are determined solely by the lending institution

To use MatrixFinserve's services, you must:

• Be a citizen or permanent resident of India
• Be at least 21 years of age (or as required by the specific loan product)
• Have a valid PAN card and Aadhaar number
• Have a bank account with a scheduled commercial bank in India
• Meet the minimum income criteria specified by the chosen lender

Specific eligibility criteria vary by product and lender. Our advisors will guide you to the most suitable options based on your profile.

When submitting an application or enquiry, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at all times
• Immediately notify us of any changes to your financial circumstances
• Submit only genuine documents — all documents are verified by lenders
• Not submit applications on behalf of another person without their written consent

MatrixFinserve reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion, without stating reasons.

MatrixFinserve's advisory and facilitation services are provided free of charge to customers. We do not charge any upfront fees for loan consultation, application submission, or document collection.

However, the following charges may apply and are levied by the lender, not MatrixFinserve:

As a user of our platform and services, you agree to:

1. Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
2. Not interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers, or connected networks
3. Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
4. Not use the platform to transmit unsolicited communications or spam
5. Promptly respond to requests for additional information from our team or lenders
6. Cooperate fully with KYC and verification requirements
7. Keep your login credentials (if any) confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action:

• Submitting fraudulent, forged, or altered documents
• Impersonating another individual or entity
• Using our platform for money laundering, hawala transactions, or other illegal financial activities
• Attempting to manipulate credit bureau records
• Scraping, copying, or reproducing any part of our website without written permission
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code of our digital systems
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our platform

MatrixFinserve provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Guaranteed loan approval or specific loan amounts
• Specific interest rates or processing timelines (these are at the lender's discretion)
• Uninterrupted, error-free operation of the website
• Accuracy or completeness of third-party content or lender information displayed on our platform

Information on our platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, MatrixFinserve shall not be liable for:

• Loan rejection or non-disbursement by any lender
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on our platform
• Delays caused by lender processing, technical errors, or force majeure events
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data due to system failures outside our reasonable control

In any event, MatrixFinserve's total liability shall not exceed the actual service fee paid by you, if any, in the preceding 3 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MatrixFinserve, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your submission of false or fraudulent information
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of our services

All content on the MatrixFinserve platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, text, graphics, user interface design, images, and software — is the exclusive property of MatrixFinserve and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without our prior written consent. Viewing and printing content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

MatrixFinserve reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by any regulatory or judicial authority
• Continued service would expose us to legal or reputational risk
• You engage in any prohibited activity listed in Section 8

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.
